Question 1

Who is this training for?

Accepted Answer

Research scholars, faculty members, scientists and engineers — plus students who want an industry-relevant foundation in hydrogen technologies. Levels I and II assume no prior fuel cell experience.

Question 2

Do I need prior experience with fuel cells?

Accepted Answer

No. Every level opens with a structured theory session (3 hours for Levels I and II, 6 hours for Level III) before you touch the hardware, and the explanation is kept clear and practical throughout.

Question 3

What does the training cost?

Accepted Answer

Fees depend on the level and are shared on enquiry. Write to us or message on WhatsApp and we will send the details. Consumable materials for the hands-on work — catalysts, membranes and electrodes — are covered in the fee, apart from Level II with a commercial Ir-based catalyst, which carries an additional charge.

Question 4

When can the training be scheduled?

Accepted Answer

You choose the days that suit you, including holidays. There is no fixed batch calendar and no time pressure during the sessions — you work through the experiments at your own pace.

Question 5

Can the training be conducted at our institution?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In-house basic-level training programmes can be conducted at your premises for staff members and students. One-day seminars, short-term workshops and Faculty Development Programmes can also be arranged at affordable charges.

Question 6

Do you test materials for external researchers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Catalysts, bipolar plates, membranes, gas diffusion layers and other related materials can be tested for fuel cell and electrolyser applications. Get in touch with your requirement and we will confirm feasibility.

Question 7

How do I book or ask a question?

Accepted Answer

The fastest route is WhatsApp or a direct call to +91 98945 28242. You can also use the enquiry form on this site, which opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message, or email contact@fuelcellsinstitute.com.
